Summer goes over into fall now, but I really enjoyed evening walks with my dog Nolly when it was still quite warm and the sun barely set between 9 and 10 in the evening. The warmth with a slight breeze felt refreshing after a hot day. Sometimes I’d forgetting my phone at home, but I actually don’t really need it. So most of the times I don’t even have a camera on me to take pictures with. So there wasn’t much to choose from for the cover. Anyway it’s calmer this way and I prefer it. Those 15-20 minutes at the end of the day to calm down, is just something we often don’t get in this fast paced world we live in. Of course you don’t need a dog for that, it’s just way more likely to happen if you have a dog. :) When my dog is sniffing I can get a peaceful moment looking at the sky and not needing to be somewhere or to rush. Just standing still and enjoying the view. Sadly now that it’s getting winter the evening walks will soon be more and more often in the dark. If it wasn’t for the city lights and clouded winters I may be enjoying the stars. I doubt it, but I’ll see.
